Our most-booked cottage. A signature room with full mountain orientation and a generous private balcony.
Myna is the cottage we book the most — and the cottage we recommend the most often. Five hundred square feet, a queen bed, full mountain orientation, and a private balcony large enough for two morning chairs. It's the right room for couples and solo travellers who want everything Digantaa offers without committing to the larger Magpie or Elite footprints. It is also, often, the cottage that brings guests back for a second visit.
The Myna's balcony is its defining feature. Deep enough for two armchairs and a small table, oriented due east for the dawn, and shielded from the next cottage by a deliberate planting of pine. Most guests take their morning tea here. Many take their evening drink here too. The interior of the cottage flows from this priority: the bed faces the balcony doors, the bathroom is positioned away from the view, and the wardrobe sits behind a textured Kumaoni wall panel rather than between you and the mountains.
If you are visiting Digantaa for the first time and aren't sure which cottage to book, the Myna is the most reliable choice. It has every feature most guests want — the view, the balcony, the privacy, the quality of finish — without the additional space that some travellers find unnecessary. Pricing is moderate, availability is widest, and the experience is the truest representation of what the resort intends.
